At Story Book Homes, we understand the importance of a quality design and how it relates to the quantity of space. A well designed home can be more efficient and use less space than a poorly designed home, so quality design is a key element in the success of a project. We emphasize this when meeting with a client, so we typically will not ask, "What square footage of home would you like?" We prefer to ask, "What features are you looking for in your new home?"

Brad Cox, founder and president of Story Book Homes, Ltd., is a second-generation builder. He graduated from Baylor University with a BBA degree in finance and real estate. Brad has worked in residential construction in San Antonio since 1993, and founded Story Book Homes in 1999.
