Brad Cox, of Storybook Homes was recommended to us by a friend, who has thirty years of experience as the owner of a new home sales business. After interviewing several builders, we found that Brad genuinely listened to our ideas, and offered suggestions to improve the aesthetic value of our home. As we explained our vision to Brad he presented insightful changes that the architect, other prospective builders, and ourselves could not foresee. He enhanced the quality of our home by raising the front portico, lowering the garage to match the contour of the land, adding French pocket doors, and stepped ceilings. These changes are such a part of our lives that we could not envision our home without them.
Brad kept us informed of the day-to-day process and was always available to us by phone. He constantly reviewed and monitored the work in progress. After a particular job was completed he would inspect it and ensure that it was up to his quality standards. If not, he would have that person/company return to the site to complete the job properly. Brad's concern for the long-lasting life of our home was apparent by his determination in adding an extra stud or replacing pipe where needed. As with any large project, there were problems along the way. Brad worked with us through these problems with honesty and sincerity. He is very much a man of his word and is dedicated to provide the best product and service. We are very happy with our "Story Book Home" and give our highest recommendation for Brad Cox.

John and I just want you to know that you have helped us achieve our "dream home in the country" and that we truly appreciate all your hard work, knowledge, and expertise. You had some really great ideas in design and were great at helping us stay close to our budget. This was our first time at building a custom home and you were truly a huge part in making this a pleasant experience. We have heard stories from people who would never attempt to build another custom home, but of course they didn't have you as their builder.

Our Home is Beautiful! My Family and I would like to thank you for assisting us turn our dream in to a "Reality". Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to build a home out in the country surrounded by large oaks. We were fortunate enough to have found this lot a few years back, which brought our dream of building a home closer to being a reality. Without your kind assistance, cooperation, expertise, guidance, and vision, all of this would not have been possible. The entire building process was smooth and enjoyable. It was exciting to witness each phase of the construction process and how it relates to the finished product.
We recognized the special attention and effort that you put in to building our home, going above and beyond all expectations. We can't thank you enough for being there for us during the planning, bidding, selections, financing process (interim and permanent), construction, and close. When my wife and I were looking for a homebuilder, we wanted someone with a high level of integrity. We also wanted a builder who is at the forefront of his industry. Last, we wanted a planner, someone who could see our project from beginning to end. Brad Cox met all of our credentials. He was informative, punctual and determined in meeting our wishes.
