What are your homes starting price per square foot?
We are asked this question quite often and there is no easy answer. Every home we build is different from the last. Each homeowner has their own list of "must haves" and all these inclusions will affect the final price. We will build our homes at the lowest price allowable while not compromising the integrity and quality of the home. Remember "quality is free", materials and finishes change from house to house; the high level of quality remains the same.
What is the first step in the building process?
Decide on a budget. This is the most important step in the process. Most people already have an idea of what they want to spend. We suggest you meet with a prospective lender and come up with a price range you feel comfortable with. Once you have done this it will give you a better idea of how much you should spend on the land and how much you will have left to build your home.
How long will it take to build my home?
When you build custom homes there are no two homes exactly the same, so it is difficult to give an exact date. Once the design of your home is completed we will be able to give you an approximate time frame for completion, for example, six to nine months or nine to twelve months from the time forms are set for your foundation.
